All Things Go Back to God? That's Illogical. Is It?
All things go back to him? That's not possible from a logical standpoint.
Paul defined the all things...
"For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross." [Col 1:16-20]

"For out of Him, Through, Him, Back to Him are all things" - Rom 11:36
-------------
The laws of Redemption in Lev 25, and the the point of Hebrews 1,2 show Christ being the kinsman of Israel and Adam.... He did not come as an animal to redeem animals and the antelope...
Yet creation will and has benefit from the sons being revealed... so yes ... all things will be restored.
Restoration of Man therefore is a different process from the restoration of rest of creation... based on laws of Lev 25.
But it starts with ONE MAN as the firstfruit of the New Creation followed by a company of Men. That is God's primary concern.... Everything else is rearranged to ensure that God and Man dwell comfortably.

So Does All Things Mean All Things?
"For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible" - All things? yes. Else tell me What things are exempted from Creation?
"And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist." - All things? yes. Else tell me What Things then were Before Him? What things does He not consist?
"that in all things He may have the preeminence." - All things? yes. Else tell me what Things He does not have preeminence over?
"Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross." All things? yes. Else tell me what things not in Heaven and what things not on Earth not reconciled?
""For out of Him, Through, Him, Back to Him are all things" - Rom 11:36" All things? yes. Else tell me which things are not Out of Him?

What you are ignorant of is reconciliation guarantees this, but it is completely different and incorporates redemption and devotion. This is the problem when folks don't study the veil of the law to see how its fulfillment in Christ. Paul assumed its readers knew the law.
Reconciliation STARTS the process of all things going back to Him, or summing in Him. It removes all barrier of entry, and creates "peace"
However after reconciliation, for full restoration, there is process for man (and his property) which is redemption... and there is a process for all other things, call devotion ..
These are the laws of redemption and devotion. Anyone familiar with the OT knows this.
What you don't know is that the laws of redemption and devotion are different processes that details HOW things come back to Him.
If you knew the laws of redemption, it applied to man because he was unclean. He like a donkey needed to be redeemed by a lamb.
"But every firstborn of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb; and if you will not redeem it, then you shall break its neck. And all the firstborn of man among your sons you shall redeem." [Ex 13:13]
Redemption Does NOT Apply to all things. It applies to Man and His Property or domain which He Dwells and rules. That is why Christ had to come as a Man or son of Adam and as a Jew to be kinsman to redeem both Jew and Gentile.
The laws of Devotions applies to all other things.
"every devoted thing is most holy unto the Lord." Lev 27:28 You cannot redeem devoted things.
Some are put to death (first class ticket to him), some separated for special use, etc... But it can never be sold or redeemed.
The New testament focuses on how Man is redeemed.
Now how the mosquito is reconciled or "devoted" to Him, we don't know.
Yet we know at the end of the day by Him all things consist and All things go back to Him, however that looks like for all things not man. So for devoted things, we leave it up to Him.
For man it includes judgment, reconciliation, redemption, sanctification, glorification...
All things that have knees will bow... all things that have mouths will swear what he swears.
----
At the end of the Day there is a concept of Jubilee where everything that is not redeemed and all devoted things are restored back to order...Jubliee is the end point where no debt or unresolved thing can pass on.
