How Does God Define Salvation

Image
Now in Christ all Died, EVERY SINGLE HUMAN... 2 Cor 5:13-14. That is a fact. The Question is will All LIVE? Will All believe? People say we as evangelical universalist declare that "All saved whether you believe in him or not" Do we believe that? No. No one ever said that. You have to believe in Him. In order to determine if ALL WILL LIVE , it behooves us to ask God how did He define salvation. I'm glad you asked. How Does God Himself define salvation? Let's look at a powerful moment at one of the few times when God decided to swear, to prove His point: "Look to Me, and be saved, All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other. 23 I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, And shall not return, That to Me every knee shall bow, Every tongue shall take an oath. He shall say, ‘Surely in the Lord I have righteousness and strength. To Him men shall come, And all shall be ashamed Who are incensed against Him. " [Isa...

Why Doesn't God Save Everyone?

Image
My response to Adam Ford's "Why doesn't God save everyone?" : Yes all men are sinners. Yes all men deserved judgment. What was that Judgment? It was Death... not Hell. The bible says the wages of sin was death. This comic does not understand biblically what hell is. Which hell to begin with? Hades? Sheol? That is the grave. Gehenna? That was the Valley of Hinnom and where Jerusalem was burned with fire in AD 70. Tartaroo? That was a Greek concept Peter referred to. If you want to talk about the Lake of Fire then so be it. The Lake of Fire is not "hell" biblically, as Hades/ Hell is cast into the Lake of fire. So if you want to be biblical use the term Lake of Fire instead. So yes since God is omniscient He knew who at the end would go to the Lake of Fire and who would not... But.... let's go to the end of the book. Inexplicably we find those cast into the Lake of Fire are found Outside the City ON THE NEW EARTH. What????? I thought they were bei...

The Judicial Work of the Cross

Image
(photo credit - Wikipedia)  Everything begins and ends with the cross.... The cross was the Supreme Divine Court Judgment on this world. This judgment is not based on works. It was based on His Work. So what was this judgment? This was the judgment - Satan driven out; men dragged into Him and [man - Adam/ death] killed. (John 12:31). Remember Paul's out of His mind statement? He said when Christ died ALL MEN DIED.... and the LOVE of Christ compels Him to say so... [2 Cor 5:14]. Christ did not come to judge the world, but to save it. The process to save the world was: 1. Drag and Crucify every man when He was crucified 2. Kill every man/ Adam when He died 3. Bury every old man when He was buried This concludes the death work, the same death work of the first dove in the OT. This concludes the reconciling. So let's summarize the death work... Surely you agree: 1. When ADAM Died ALL MEN Died, right? 2. When CHRIST Died, ALL MEN Died Right? However we do agree, not every man [yet...

Principles Concerning the Restitution of All Things

The Cross is the Supreme Judgment.   No other Judgment Past or to Come can Revoke It. All judgments from God are corrective,  to learn righteousness, not punitive as its objective. The cross is central to God reconciling and redeeming all The Judgment was All Men Died When Christ Died.  Christ Died for All. When Christ died on the cross all men were reconciled, all men died in Him, he drew all men unto Him.  This was the judgment upon  the world. Men remain dead in Him, until they are quicken by the Spirit unto new life  All Men Do Not Presently Live  in Christ All died in Christ (2 Cor 5:14) but at present all do not live in Christ.   After death all who presently do live in Christ passed from death into life and return to God. He is the Resurrection and the Life. Those who believe in Him will Never Die. How Do You Become Alive after He Killed You? The process to life is reconciliation, then regeneration, then sanctification, then glo...

Will Everyone Be Made Alive in Christ?

Christ as the Savior of all men, upholds the Cross, and the Cross is shown to be much More Powerful than what anyone one of us think. ------------------------------------ The Cross’ Universal Impact involves a Death and then a Living Work. First the Death Work of the Cross - All men have sinned and fall short [Rom 3:23] - universal - First Known Judgment - In Adam all die [1 Cor. 15:22] - universal - The Cross then executed the Kosmos Death Defying Final Judgment - But In Christ all died [2 Cor 5:14] - universal - Final Judgment from God’s Supreme Court - But In Christ all died (not just the elect, not just the church, not just believers) [2 Cor 5:14] - universal - In Christ all things reconciled whether in heaven, or on earth, by making peace on the cross [Col 1:19-20; 2 Cor 5:19] - universal [all things does not mean "Christians" or Israel only; reconciliation removes sin and death as the barrier of entry, starts, guarantees but does not complete the process of sa...

Christ's Life is the Light of All men

Image
Christ is Life. He that has the Son has Life and He that has not the Son has not Life. Yet, "In Him we live move and have our being" was a poem to Zeus that Paul quoted, to show that "the Him" is not Zeus but God. So yes in Christ all things consist. Yet not everyone is tapping into that life. Some have the Spirit and some do not. Some even have unclean spirits "For He said to him, “Come out of the man, unclean spirit!”" Some raised to life, some to condemnation. BUT that does not mean all will not have Life in the end. But for now not everyone has the Spirit. Christ is the Beginning and the End.. another way of saying this is All that was in the Beginning is Christ, all that is in the End is Christ. Also, Paul said "For out of Him, through Him and ****Back to Him**** are all things" [Rom 11:36] So all things are destined to go back to Him. Paul said it differently in Epjh 1:9 - 10. He called it the mystery of His will or the ages. The pur...
