Day 56,  February 25 Num. 19     The water of cleansing / Uncleanness and death Lev. 13:1-46  Regulations concerning infectious skin diseases (leprosy) Lev. 14:1-32  Cleansing from infectious skin diseases Num. 19     The water of cleansing / Uncleanness and death Num 19:1-10 This is a special sacrifice, the sacrifice of a red heifer. Unlike a lot of other sacrifices, which must be killed inside the camp at the altar, the red heifer, without blemish, must be killed outside the camp.  Then the priest takes the blood and sprinkle it 7 times in front of the tabernacle or meeting, and everything burned.   Cedar wood, hyssop and scarlet were also thrown into the fire. This sacrifice was to cleanse anyone unclean.  The priest has to take a bath, wash his clothes before coming back into the camp.  He is unclean until evening.   The ashes kept for water purification for many generations. The red heifer was very very rare, hence the...

Num 3:5-10 The entire tribe of Levi were presented and given to Aaron and his sons, to do the work of the tabernacle. Any outsider who tries to come near shall be out to death. This begs the question why David was not killed later on when he entered the tabernacle, begging for bread. Num 3:11-13 The Levites were taken instead of every first born in Israel.  God owned them, as he redeemed all the firstborn as the price for freeing them from Egypt. Num. 8:5-26  Th...

Lev 8:4-9  Moses washed Aaron and his sons with water.  Images of Jesus washing feet come to mind.  Then he dressed Aaron with the tunic, ephod, breastplate, Urim and Thummim and yur...

The Kingdom was At Hand not At Foot

Image
God never took it Kindly when He said something was SOON, or AT HAND, and everybody says "No way. It will Delay. It will Take a long Time" When God says something is AT Hand it means At Hand not At Foot lol. Stop saying "The Days Are  Prolonged". It's inaccurate. No  postponement 'And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Son of man, what is this proverb that you people have about the land of Israel, which says, ‘The days are prolonged, and every vision fails’? Tell them therefore, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I will lay this proverb to rest, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel.”’ But say to them, ‘“The days are at hand, and the fulfillment of every vision. For no more shall there be any false vision or flattering divination within the house of Israel. For I am the Lord. I speak, and the word which I speak will come to pass; it will no more be postponed; for in your days, O rebellious house, I will say the word and perform it,” says the Lor...
