Unlike a lot of other sacrifices, which must be killed inside the camp at the altar, the red heifer, without blemish, must be killed outside the camp.  Then the priest takes the blood and sprinkle it 7 times in front of the tabernacle or meeting, and everything burned.   Cedar wood, hyssop and scarlet were also thrown into the fire. This begs the question why David was not killed later on when he entered the tabernacle, begging for bread. God never took it Kindly when He said something was SOON, or AT HAND, and everybody says "No way. It will Delay. It will Take a long Time" When God says something is AT Hand it means At Hand not At Foot lol. Stop saying "The Days Are  Prolonged". It's inaccurate.
